Route marking

Together with Alpin Runners Chur we worked out a new route marking concept. Different materials have been tested at night with wind and heavy rain. As a result of these tests we decided to mark the trails with the following materials:

- road crosses with a noticeable coloured flutter-band with reflector
- flags and flutter-band along the whole track
- ever 5k a kilometre board
- within villages with biodegradable chalk-spray and signposts

Use of a GPS tracker system for monitoring the race confirmed

With Tracker.com we found a competent partner for the GPS-Tracking during the race.
The chosen system has been proved already at several sport events such as “The Wayve” and “Swiss Olympic Gigathlon”.
